I ordered some clothes from a FB advertisement as the product was stated as made and shipping in the USA from South Carolina. The order was supposed to ship in 6-9 days and the merchandise took a month to receive. When I got the clothing they were not of the quality advertised and all packages were identified as made in China..

Ordered 2 items from Reyhy early May 2023. They were poor quality and did not fit. They advertise free returns within 30 days. I contacted them 1 day after receiving items telling them I wanted to return for a refund and to advise me how to do so since there was no invoice. After several emails I was advised that they would refund $32 and I could keep the items. After I declined, after several emails again, they upped the offer to $52, again declining, they offered $65 and replied:

"The best we can offer is US$65 now, and you can keep the items. Or you can return it to below address at your cost

14709 182 ND ST Springfield Gardens, NY 11413

Please give us the tracking number after sending back.

As soon as we receive the order, we will full refund you.

Anything we can do for you, Please feel free to contact us via [email protected]"

From reading online comments, this is a consistent issue.

They claim that their products "are all made in USA"..."they are all manufactured in and shipped from the United States." In reality, the products are made overseas, are of inferior quality, sized wrong and they refuse to give a refund. Quote: "Our receiving warehouse is in Dubai. The shipping costs are too high to be worth the reward. If you insist on returning, you must pay the freight by yourself." They have no contact phone number or physical address for their US operations. If you go online and check out the reviews of this sham company, you will see that many people have been taken advantage of.
