I purchased the item, a wifi extender, from this after seeing good reviews. A set of 4 was just under $200 dollars. There is a 30 day guarantee, so I thought it was fine. I receive the product, and it does not work. That's fine, 30 day guarantee. I put in for a return and refund, and they ask for video proof that it does not work. When I can't provide a video they email me the next day offering 30% of my money back. Completely unacceptable.
