My mom order a product off this website and only received one item out of two. She and my sad have emailed twice no response beside one telling her he is sorry but she will have to wait due to high demands. She wanted a refund and was willing to go return the only one items he received to get all her money back on the credit card. How can you sell something and than said you don’t have enough for demands and not refund the money back.

I placed an order over two weeks ago, and they said I would receive a tracking number shortly. I never received a tracking number, I don’t have an order number, I don’t have a product, and there’s no phone number to contact. They’re taking people’s money and not shipping products.
