I received an email stating that I had earned an amazon reward worth $50. Just pick a prize and pay shipping and handling which was $5 . I did so. I noticed that the credit card I used to pay the shipping fee had two charges one of $89 and another of $93. I called the numbers associated with the charges. They claimed that I was only getting a trial offer and that I did not cancel within the allowed time so I was charged the full amount for my prize. I did not recall creating an account with them I picked a prize and paid for shipping and handling. I contacted my credit card company. My credit card company informed me that I was charged four times in the last month. The company I am complaining of said it was all in the fine print. These tactics are shading and deceptive and should not be allowed without clear disclosure of what they are. Online users beware.
