I purchased a trial offer of skin cream and eye cream and paid shipping of $7.78 per item, on the premise that I had a 16 day trial period in which to cancel. The items were paid for on May 26th, 2017. On June 7th, 2017 my credit card was billed by repairskinharm.com for $123.87 and by dermaglimmer.com for $134.33. This was done before the trial time was up. I have contacted the company via email numerous times without resolution. They close each email correspondence after one response. I have contacted customer service by phone and they said they have a right to charge such amount and say nothing about charging before the trial date is complete. They did state that my account had been closed, but certainly not before I was illegally billed. This company, Revyve Skin Advanced Ageless Cream advertises on the web saying they have been approved by the Dragon's Den and tout amazing results. Maybe so, but their business practice is very shady!
