I found a unicorn lamp in a Facebook ad. I ordered one and $29.99 was removed from my account on 11/21/2018. I have emailed twice. After the 2nd attempt, I got a response back saying my request was received and is being reviewed by their support staff.

Today is 12/13/2018 and still no lamp.
