Macy's was offering a $5.00 moisturizer for going out of business. The next thing I know I'm being charged $4.95, 4.95, 29.95, 1.99, 92.30 and 97.21. Called them said it was a legitimate sales and I had checked a box to the effect of the sale. They canceled my supposedly subscription and refunded $66.00 out of 231.35.

I saw a video on Facebook advertising a face cream as seen on Shark Tank. I signed up for a free trial. The following week I received a box in the mail with my samples and no paperwork. I thought it was strange that there was no invoice no information from the company. The following month I was contacted by my bank about fraudulent charges on my account. I contacted the phone number my bank had has the free trial company had sent me no confirmation email provided me with no phone number. When I contacted the company they said that I signed up for a subscription service. At no time did I agree to subscription service. When I asked to cancel my ongoing subscriptions and be refunded for over $300 already charged they said they could not refund me fully and offered a discount I'm products received for the supposedly free trial that cost $200.

This company says you will get a "free trial", they get a small fee for s&h, then proceed to charge your account large sums for this free trial. Stay away.

Ordered a sample of their cream, never received it, was charged for sample, then was charged $97.21 and $92.30 for something I did not receive. Talked to them and they said they would refund me 35% of the money. They would still get $123.19 for something I did not order or receive.

The site offers 14 day free trial for $4.95 P/H. When I called w/in the trial period to cancel they told me I had to pay $38.71 for the product or send it back. No where in the terms and conditions is that stated. I talked to the girl in CS and she couldn't tell me where that was stated. She just kept repeating herself that it was a 14 day trial and if I didn't want the product I had to send it back or pay. Seems like a scam to me!! I asked C/S where they were located and they said in US look at the return address. I asked him if he was in US and he didn't answer.
