They contacted me for student loan forgiveness driven program. Paid 5 Months (159.80) and after that they never contacted me again or am I able to reach them in any way. I still have student loans. I was scammed for 800$

I have paid them around $875 in 2019 in order to enroll me in forgiveness program for student loan,after one year they stopped answering phone and my emails.
