I fell for this scam through TikTok. I ordered a weighted hula hoop from them on 6/26/21, paid the money, never received the item. I have emailed for a refund, the company has responded very late to my emails stating that they are very sorry but still no refund. It’s been almost three months. The company name is ReVitaLife Co. The email is [email protected]. The pictured email response from them is from September 18, 2021.
