Purchased a pair of skis 2015 for hundreds of dollars. The product was sold with a warranty which guaranteed replacement under certain circumstances. I had the "certain circumstances" replacement approval authorization and they charged my card $35 to ship replacement skis. Since July of 2016 I have been waiting on the skis. I have been told from oct 2016 -to Jan 2017 that my skis were going to ship. To date 5 8 17 I have received nothing and all correspondence with the company has stopped. After a year of customers venting on all their social pages, there are many unhappy skiers, all their social pages are removed YET the website is still up and running and taking orders.

this is criminal. Some skis are retailing for hundreds of dollars. STOP THEM!!!!

I purchased a pair of skis from this company in August 2016 with a credit card for approximately $400. My card was charged and Revision received payment. I have received several emails stating my skis were being shipped, but as of 02/01/17, I have not received my skis. I have left several emails and voice messages with the company and they have not responded back. The only response from the company was that my email was received and a representative of the company will be in contact shortly. ZERO CONTACT FROM REVISION. Please help. Thank you.
