This company hardly responds to emails and Instagram dms. I placed an order 12/3 that was supposed to ship 12/21. I was asked to give itn2-4 more weeks and at the 4 week mark was asked to give it 2 more weeks for my order to ship. There are multiple complaints in the comments on Instagram that you’re lucky to see before they hide or delete them. Also coincidentally enough models and influencers seem to get product with no issue. I wish I could say that was shocking.

I ordered pants back in October and the scammers stopped replying to all emails

I placed an order through their website with my credit card for a denim jumpsuit size medium. Payment had successfully gone through but no order in sight for almost 2 months I’ve emailed 3 times regarding the status of my order. First reply from them says it takes about 1-4 weeks to ship out my order. Second email retracts that statement and says it takes 4-8 weeks. Final reply from them states that shipping times are subject to change and I am no longer able to cancel my order for a refund. At this time the website states that shipping times are between 2-3 WEEKS for current orders. The item I had purchased currently says if you order “now” your order will be shipped in about a week, clearly advertising misleading information as I have yet to receive my order from Nov 23rd, 2023

I placed an order for clothing on October 9th 2023 for a total of $490.27. About a week later, I received part of my order, and one month later I reached out to customer service to get an order update as my order hadn't shipped yet. They explained that product was made to order and would be shipped within 1-3 weeks. Two weeks later, I received another part of my order. I wanted to exchange those items, but the 30 day return window had closed for all of the items in the order even though half of the order hadn't even shipped. I again reached out to customer service and they agreed to assist me in an exchange for the items that I did receive and that I should wait for the rest of the items. I agreed to this solution and asked to proceed with the exchange. For the next two weeks, I did not get an email response after continually sending follow up emails AND the other half of my order had still not shipped. At this point, I asked that they just cancel the remainder of my order and we simply ignore the exchange as I just wanted to be done. Again, several days went by and no response was given even when I continually sent follow up emails. At this point, I could see in tracking that someone had cancelled the rest of my order, but I never received any sort of compensation for the $270.61 value of my order that was cancelled. After yet again continually emailing and complaining that I needed a refund at least, I did not get a response, but instead an automated email with a $270.61 gift card to Revice Denim. I submitted a new customer ticket on their website asking for help and no one responded. I then reached out to them on Instagram messages and the employee was kind and was able to get Valerie, a customer service manager to respond to me. Valerie let me know that any order cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order wasn't valid for a refund. This company is committing fraud by taking orders from customers, not only not fulfilling them but also not even beginning to process them for more than 60 days, not responding to customers when they have an issue, and then leaning on a policy that is irrelevant when faced with complaint. I am working with my bank to dispute the charge, but this company is fraudulently stealing from customers and needs to be reported. I have the email chains and Instagram messages as proof of communication patterns if needed.

Purhased jeans online at revicedenim.com on 11/25/23. As of 12/31/23 have not recieved the jeans. sStatus says they have not shipped. Reached out to customer service a week ago and no response.

I purchased some pants from this “business” on August 2nd 2023 and the pants have not even shipped. I was under the impression the were going to ship sometime this month but after reaching out a couple of days ago I have not received an email back and this business does not have customer support, an address, nor phone number.
