Yes the property is currently available for rent and we are in search for a responsible person/family to occupy and maintain our property while our stay here on Transfer. However, my initial plan was to sell the house but it was not successful because the Realtor inflated the price which made it difficult for me to sell before leaving the States. So i decided to place it on rent and renting it out by myself,we are God fearing family and we believe either the Rich or Poor deserves a place to call home..If you don't feel extra comfortable with our transfer out the state,you can take a drive by at my property at your own convenient time so you can be sure of the property you are renting and properly guided also!..Thanks for your understanding as we look forward in hearing from you!.God bless...
