I ordered an Angel watch for my daughter, for safety. I paid 140 for the watch and SIM card. Then I paid $20 for a plan. I have been trying to get it to work. It wouldn’t. Then I submitted a return. They received it. Now they won’t actually refund me. I have repeatedly reached out to them. They had been telling me they are working on it and to be patient, now they won’t respond at all.
