I placed the order on June 10, 2023. Received confirmation & a tracking number. I contacted them June 28, 2023 due to no progress on the tracking. The response was to basically wait & see. I checked again multiple times & it appeared that the pkg was moving. When i checked on July 15, 2023 the tracking said it had been delivered. I emailed the company. They are now saying it was signed for with out showing proof of signature & only a 50% refund will be issued. It wasnt much money but after looking at their Facebook page, i found many customers like myself who had not received their packages nor had received a refund.

Made two separate orders from web based clothing store. Purchases made couple days apart. Received tracking info for both which were shipped couple days apart. Tracked for 35 days (overseas). Tracking showed both delivered (different days). This was false. Neither was received.
