Paid for a 14 day trial and paid shipping/handling of product. Received product, tried and did not like. Today a charge of 97.66 was taken out of my debit card. When calling they refused to refund any amount until I said I was contacting the BBB. I am now supposed to receive a 100% refund which is only 70.00.
