We saw an advertisement on Facebook for a retro NES game system that hooks up to your TV through an HDMI cable and contained hundreds of games. The website advertised the item for $34.99. We ordered one on 12/12/18 and have not yet received it. We checked the website and it says our order is "processing". We contacted their customer support after 4 weeks via email and were told the same thing. We contacted them again a week later asking for a specific timeframe on when the item would ship and were told it is not possible for them to give us that information. We are now reporting it to the bank as fraudulent. Looking at reviews online, several other people are reporting the same issues.
