I was reading a news story online and this product popped up with a free trial to try Ben Carson's pills to help with memory and focus. There was no fine print saying I would be charged monthly, just the offer to try it free and only pay shipping ($6.96 total). When I tried to check out, boxes popped up offering additional products. I did NOT click on them. The only box I clicked was "complete my purchase", which took me to another pop up box that offered another product, which I did NOT click on. However, to move forward to the next screen I again had to click on "complete my purchase." There was no opportunity to review my cart, the address they were shipping to, and billing information like most websites provide. It just processed my credit card, not only for the "free trial product" but for multiple products, totaling $43.89. I immediately called the customer support number 844-932-9379 and the representative offered to give me a 50% discount. I told her I want to have my order that was placed 2 minutes prior to be refunded fully, not discounted, as I didn't want to order those products. She kept offering 50-80% discounts until I told her I was reporting the company to ScamPulse.com and calling my bank tomorrow morning to have the charges blocked. So she could either do the right thing now or it would be handled tomorrow. She finally gave in and said she is refunding the $, but I will need to confirm this with my credit card company tomorrow. I don't want anyone to be bullied into accepting their 50% off offers after they have scammed you into products you never wanted in the first place. BEWARE!
