I ordered a “retro” cycling jersey from Retrocyclingtops.com and immediately received a tracking number - but this tracking number has Chinese characters and cannot be going via and carrier. It has been several weeks and I have emailed the contact given on the confirmation email, Andy@yolccom, numerous times but no one responds. They took my money immediately upon my order but have gone completely silent in terms of updates/status on delivery of merchandise. I highly doubt I will be seeing this jersey.
