The company advertised, as a liquidator, that they had access to Dewalt tools. For the amount of 46.98 (included shipping) I was to receive 32 Dewalt items including batteries. The receipt that was emailed to me shows a picture of said tools. What I received was a screw driver with 6 bits. I have copies of the entire transaction including the emails from the company dated January 29th that states they would reimburse me 20% of the 46.98. From what they said, they cannot guarantee what items will be sent as the tools are selected from a “return bin” (over which they had no control). Nowhere in their advertisement did they state anything about a return bin. Plus in their last email to me they admitted they were at fault. To-date I have not received a credit.
