I saw their website on Facebook in November 2022. Back then the company was called NordsPncc. The name made me think that they were affiliated with Nordstrom. I thought that perhaps this was a big sale at Nordstrom. They had nice products that were very inexpensive. I ordered 5 blouses, a purse, a light jacket, a pair of tights and a pair of shoes. All of that totaled $42.13. Their individual prices ranged from $3.50 to $9.00. I used one of my credit cards to pay for these things. In about two weeks I had not heard from them so I started emailing them. A week later I received a fake diamond ring made of morgenite ? and I didn't know where it came from. I started emailing them on December 4th; they would answer with excuses saying that since they sold so much, their warehouse workload was slow. They also asked me to please wait and told me that they would give me a %100 refund if I wanted. In the first 2 emails I agreed to be patient. On December 7th they emailed and said that their merchandise would be sent in 72 hours. The 72 hours came and went with no merchandise. On December 17 they emailed me in Spanish promising the merchandise and asking for my patience. In my response I started telling them in Spanish and English that I was going to report them. In middle December they also brought up the fact that they had in their records that I had received a shipment. By then I knew that they were talking about the fake ring. I suspected that was how they cover themselves. They sent a fake $5 ring in order to show a shipment had been made to my address. I told them that I had gotten a fake ring and that I would gladly return to them because that wasn't what I ordered. People that emailed me were Lele, Elsa, Jessica and William who kept communicating with me even after I started telling them that they had scammed me and that I would report them. They continued telling me that they were working on sending me my order. (I have all the emails still in my computer emails.)

On January the 10th I got an email from Jessica telling me something about the tracking ID. I didn't answer this email at all. Please note that they write in English with mistakes, as if a non-English speaker was writing. I am a native Spanish speaker and am a retired foreign language HS teacher therefore I have experience spotting language mistakes.

Please note that I have looked for them on Facebook to see if they are still trying to scam people and I have not seen them. They do seem to have a website which is listed in one of their emails.
