Seller & AliExpress had "free return". I had order 4 of the same items totaled to $487.32 the function was not as described and it did not stand up properly. The lamp was very unbalanced and tipped over when position and a certain angle. I made sure I read the return policy before I made my purchase. It had a 15 free return policy. I had submitted a dispute stating the function isn't as described and poor design. AliExpress verified that my dispute is valid. AliExpress seller is responsible for paid return shipping. In the return policy it says that a shipping label will be sent to me. The seller refuses to pay for return shipping even if the policy guarantees 15-day free return. AliExpress said for me to pay for the return, and they will reimburse me in coupons. I went to USPS, and they cannot validate the return address and the product is not guaranteed to make it to the return address. USPS did look up the postal code provided to give me an estimate of how much it will cost to return. it will cost $349 to pay for the return that was not guaranteed to make it. Refund for the product will only be reimburse once seller will receive the item that is not guaranteed to arrive with the address provided along with the paid return of $349 that was promised in coupons. I do not want $349 in coupon to buy more of their low-quality products. Bottom line false advertisement of free return and buys protection and product not as described. I spent $487 and if I had paid for it to ship it back for $349, I would be losing on $846. SCAMMERS. I had filed a chargeback with my bank. Hopefully I will get my money back.

Scammer invited me to Manhattan , to his office to show me the diamonds he can get for me from Congo. We agreed , made a contract and made the full payment. He promised to bring the stones back to Manhattan in 1 month. Its been 13 months now and he keeps postponing and lying. Now he says he wants more money for the same stones.

Redline Retrofits has been scamming our Facebook community for a while now.

It is not a legal company as I can not find a license number or anything.

They are selling products and services for the past few years and not paying taxes.

I have found that the owner of this page routinely scams people on facebook to as they make fake profiles and try to sell parts through Facebook communities.
