Claims items are shipped from the USA when they're coming from China. It's taken WEEKS of them lying to me about the items "accidentally being delayed" that it was on it's way... Now they sent me an email saying it cleared customs and to be patient. Customs isn't necessary when it travels within the USA - but they refuse to acknowledge that it's not coming from the US. They refuse to give me my money back.

Retaica at www.retaica.com. [email protected] is scamming hundreds of women out of hundreds of dollars by showing dresses made in the USA and when you get them the material barely qualifies for a Halloween costume from the 60s. They won’t honor their return policy, instead are offering like $10. They offered me $11 and I spent $86. Hundreds of women are complaining and trying to get returns but you are lucky if you even get an email offering you basically nothing. I’m too scared to send them any credit info to even get the minuscule amount they offered.

I ordered 3 blouses and 1 dress from what appeared to be a reputable online clothing retailer. They stated they were based out of Greenwood, Indiana. I was told I'd have the pkg in 7-10 business days. I contacted them multiple times for an update and finally received the order a month later. The quality of the 3 blouses (they never shipped the dress as they said it was not in stock) was nothing like what was advertised. The colors were muted and the sizes were way smaller than they should have been. I've requested an address label and/or address to return the item. The first time they offered to send me $8.00 which I declined. Second request they offered to send me $15.00 which I also declined. I stated I wanted a full refund for not only the 3 blouses but also the dress I never received. I've still gotten no reply. I've opened a dispute claim with my credit card company. The package I received was clearly from overseas. This is not a U.S. company and I think others should be informed they are a shady business.

Placed an order on line 8/2/21, it stated all clothes were made in IN , free returns within 30 days. Inquired about order 8/8/21, reply was somethings were out of stock and thus the delay they could send what was currently in stock. 8/26/21 they shipped order. 9/5/21 order was received, showed up after I had left for vacation. I returned from vacation 9/9/21 trying on clothes, one white shirt - way too small, 2 dresses that were too long ( dragged on floor) as well as a duplicate of one of the dresses? Asked about process of returns and policy 9/9/21. 9/11/21 asked what I wanted to return - replied the entire order the total I paid was $106.37. Retaica replied they would give me usd $15 and I could keep the order. My reply was why would I want to keep clothing that did not fit and I wanted to return the entire order or would report to the BBB. Next 9/13/21 they offered usd$26 and keep the order. So they have no free returns which is fraudulent listing, so here is my statement against Retaica, and out the $106.37 on my end!
