This was a very convoluted scam. Was originally contacted via email they obtained from my linked-in. They were posing as headhunters and needed my resume for an attractive opportunity. Upon emailing, they indicated that my resume was not "ATS" Optimized meaning the formatting wasn't going through properly. Within the body of the email, there was a link ([email protected]) for me to get a "free review" of my resume. Their response was my resume needed to be "optimized" so that it wouldn't be corrupted within their platform or when sending to other companies when applying for jobs. I didn't take the time to totally invest in this theory and my resume was formatted a long time ago. So it seemed logical, therefore, sent the $99.00. When I got it back from "[email protected]"

******There was no website, phone number or indication that this was a legitimate business. I had a few changes which they did not make and the document appeared a little different. I sent them several emails with no response. They did respond when I contacted my cc company to get a full refund. A person called, Veronica Smith, Customer Svc. Mgr., made an attempt to make me think they would resolve this with the same email and literally no contact information. My email back to her was for information: What is your affiliation with SPD Headhunters, what is your company website, address and your direct phone number. Needless to say, no response. The scam is SPD Headhunter trying to get $99.00 for an ATS Optimized Resume. What I am learning is that you have to check on every single source prior to spending any money. Fortunately for me, I'm a dog with a bone and will get a full refund. I hope this helps someone out there!!
