Ordered food at drive thru and paid at window. Then realized with coupon the total was wrong. I told the person at window she said what entered in the register was right and I was wrong. I asked for the manager and she said she was the manage. I said write the amounts out on a piece of paper and you will see the total is wrong. See yelled at am and closed the window in my face. I went inside where for 45 mins while waiting for a refund, I was told by the fry cook "the FDA has been trying and failing to shut us down for the last 3 years and we should be shut down..." (Side note: The place is filthy) I did not get a refund, but I was told I was over charged because their register was entering the coupons incorrectly. How many people have been over charged. They don't care; I was told if I wanted a refund I would have to come back another day. How many Carl's Jr., franchises or not are doing the same.
