The ad was for a free sample of Moisturizer and Eye Serum and all you would have to pay is $4.95 for shipping for each. I saw no where that their policy was I had to call within 14 days to cancel or they would charge me full price AND subscribe me to future purchases. I have gone back over my order form and the shipping emails and there is no mention of this policy at all on either form. In fact, it was the 14th day they charged my credit card $98.87. When I called, they said they have done nothing illegal because I had agreed to their policy. They agreed to cancel my subscription and offered a 35% refund. I will be checking my card account for verification. Kudos to my credit card company because when I placed the order they sent me a fraud notification. I should have checked into it. Lesson learned.
