On 05/27/19, I read an advertisement on my computer that Judge Judy completed her two years study of a anti aging cream "ResQID" and all you have to do is to pay for shipping and handling which is $4.95 which covered shipping and handling for a trial bottle. I charged my card and found that $9.90 was taken out I tried to call the company but the number that they give no one was answering. 5 days later received the trial bottle, when I check with my bank I realized that another $9.90 was taken out plus two amount 0f 89.87 amounted to $199.54 . Eventually I call another company relation my problem and they told me that they knew the number of the people that are scammers and they give me the number , I try the number and someone came on line and asked me to hold until an agent can attend to me I hold on for 40 minutes no one came to the line but they hung up after 40 minutes. I called ed on the following day and some one answered with the same story that their agents are busy and hold for available agent I told the person by name of Racheal which identified her self and I did complaint about my money that they took without any product and she said that I had 14 days to canceled after the trial bottle and I did not do so, then I told her that there were no fine print stating that I had to call and canceled in 14 days and there wasn't any information and she said I will have to connect with my bank on a 3 way call and then she will refund my money. When I called and trying to make arrangement for my refund her supervisor came on line and told me that I would'nt be able to have a refund because I exceeded the 14 days which I did not know about. I am pleading to Better Business Bureau to assist me in the company refunding my full monies back . NB The company started with a SCAM stating that Judge Judy formulated this cream and Judge Judy revealed that she knows nothing about the said cream.

This company offer a free trial for free ,but you pay $4.95 for shipping then 14 days later they charge your card for $98.87 for your free trial. They will not refund you money back. SCAM SCAM

This is an ad on Instagram or Twitter that claims to be associated with the woman married to Dr. Phil. (They are not associated with her.) They offer you free samples for the charge of postage ($4.95) but in tiny, tiny, tiny print they say that if you do not cancel the order within 14 days they will be charging you $98.87 and $93.79 for the "free" products they sent you. The actual company that makes the products is upset because they feel their reputation is being hurt by this scam.
