This was an unsolicited call and sounded interesting as a way to terminate our timeshare. They offered a webinar for us to listen too. We said we were not interested in making any decision now but would listen to it. So at the time they scheduled, we watched it. They phoned us and pressured us to use their company. Many times I said we needed to research their company and make a decision after 24 hours. They asked it we had enough to put on a credit card to pay their lawyers and we said yes. They wanted to check so I stupidly gave them a card number and they said yes it would work. I did fill out a questioaire on their email they sent that day. The next day I tried to call and say we did not want to go through with it at this time. No answer after several calls over several days. I sent an e-mail....no response. They tried to take double the amount out of my credit card over several days and one amount did get charged on my card even after I had contacted the card company and they said they canceled my card and were sending a new one. However, I noted today that the one charge of nearly 5 thousand dollars went though. They high pressured and said if we did not do it now that we would be paying over a thousand dollars more that it was a one time chance. They also said their was a class action suit against our timeshare and that if we signed up that day we would get all of our dues back and our loan amount would be paid.
