ReserveAmerica's reservation system is deceptively signing up people, as it did me, with the Active Network company. I am pursuing this as in investigated with my Credit Card company as Fraud. Having screen scraped the shopping cart and reviewing this and other reservations made in the same time frame, there wasn't then and now is no information or policy which clearly indicates the user will be charged as much as $89.95 for an automated opt-in subscription by Active Network, with no interaction by the victim, me. The 'Camper Membership Program", which clearly was not checked in the cart, is deceptively being used to pass credit card information for automated subscription billing to Active Network.
