I recieved a call from a Travel agency call VIP Florida Resorts. After being on the phone for quite a while I purchased a package of a total of $447- $50 of that being a insurance fee. They gave me a DIS number or confirmation number and a phone number to book my vacation. I have tried calling everyday for the last three weeks with no one answering. I called the resort they stated I would be staying at with no answer or no voicemail. I have contacted them by email with no response. I was billed on my credit card from a company titled VIP 5 Star Travel. I still to this day can not get a hold of anyone and now my money is gone.
