I made a reservation to rent a car on the site on April 15, 2023. There was little information provided. I never received an email confirmation or anything. I assumed the reservation did not go through. Received a ‘reminder’ email today indicating that the reservation was non-cancellable and non-refundable. I tried to cancel the reservation, but was told that in addition to the payment I submitted for the full reservation that they would charge me an additional $250 fee if I do not reverse my bank dispute.
