They emailed saying that I had to purchase an Am Ex prepaid card in order to verify my poshmark account. Due to recent scams they only use Am Ex. I was selling a shoes for the first time. The buyer was texting me and going along with the whole process. Walking me through each step. The even sent a badge after I became suspicious and that was sent through another phone number. That is when I knew it was a scam because I never gave the person that I was speaking to on email my number only the buyer had that information. Please be aware .
