This website claims "free" and then charged me $53.50 for shipping 30 days ago. The charge was completed before they gave the total charges so I had no idea there was a shipping charge as this was not stated on the order form, only after completion. Their policy states they will refund if an email is sent before the order is complete. I sent them 2 emails within minutes of their online completion. I have sent 3 or 4 more emails requesting refund and communication and have received neither a reply nor any product.
