Just overall rude employees there, their "Customer Service Representatives" are argumentative and combative and state they are unable to give Refunds for their products.. Also the CS Representative I talked to was very rude and full of double talk, and when I was in the process of cancelling my account, he was trying to upsell me into more products. They are just there to make money and not care about the customer.. I was seeking to cancel my account and get a refund, and all he kept telling me is that they tried to contact to me and see how I liked the service and they didn't.. The representative also had the nerve to claim I didn't read the Terms and Conditions and that I was lying to him..
