When trying to contact any support admin on a recurring order in which the transaction has already been processed for their product that I never received. I never received any feedback in regards to the order. When trying to log onto the website account page it states my account is pending and it is not active. An admin needs to activate my account before I can log in. In return I did not receive any feedback in regards to my account.. In addition I was still being charged monthly for a product that I never received.

Two orders was placed with vendor on May 1st totaling to $76. Sent several emails to support email about shipment and email comes back not deliverable. Left messages on the number on website and no returned calls.

The website looks amazingly real. After two weeks of not receiving product I tried to email them but the email was send back with mailer demon, the same day I tried used the webs sites “contact us”. I tried doing the same thing but the “contact us” hyperlink is no longer on the website. Upon further research, their social media is very weak.
