When the purse arrived and I opened the bag and there was a very foul odor. I then tried to convert it to a backpack, but there were no instructions. I had difficulty figuring out the conversion and felt this product was not as easy to convert as was implied. After contacting Renzono and wanting to return, they said to air it out as the smell was from shipping it. Not experiencing this with other vendors and not wanting the smell to come back, I felt they should refund my money. This led to a few email exchanges, which came down to paying return shipping of $20-25 to Vietnam for a full refund, or they would refund 20%. Later they offered to refund 30% without shipping, which I did not accept. I had to deny the charge with my credit card company to get my full refund.

The credit card charge shows PayPal and so does the email you receive, but the charge did not go through PayPal.

I noted that some reviews on other products on their site were done with professional quality pictures and did not look to be genuine. All reviews are 5 stars, and when I submitted a review of 1 star, 2 days later it was not posted on their site.
