I had googled *** *** ** *** *** ** **TV and was sidelined to another website which said that *** *** new beauty product was Dermafolia and I could get a trial size for the cost of shipping $4.95. That was on my March credit card bill under Renuantiage. Then in April, I had a charge of $94.57 under Renuantiagne! When looking online at my credit card account, I found another $94.57 charged in May! I called the credit card company because I did not know what company this was, as my confirmation from the initial purchase said Dermafolia. I called the phone number on the credit card statement and they informed me that it was a 14 day trial and since I did not return the product, I agreed to pay the additional full price And continue these deliveries each month! There was nothing like this on the website when I made the purchase for the Trial Offer! They refused to refund my money for the first delivery and said the May deliver was enroute! I canceled this ongoing scam and they said I would receive my credit once I returned the package coming. But all during this "discussion" he kept lowering the price of the product. After constantly saying "no" he emailed me a cancellation notice. My credit card company started a dispute for the April $94.57 but the "company" sent them all the agreements that I was not shown on the website. I lost that $94.57 and I hadn't gotten the promised May credit. On June 29th I called them and told them cancelled the monthly scam and had a tracking comformation from the post office for the returned item. They said since I did not get a RMA number from the first person I talked to, that they could not give me a credit. After some going back and forth they finally agreed to send me back my credit, BUT they had to decrease the amount by $9.95 for stocking fee! Something else that wasn't mentioned the first time! Who knows if I will get any of my refund! This Dermafolia is stll being advertised on lots of websites so Beware!
