Our clinic comes into the picture because this fraud company uses a variation of our branding on the billing statements. So, when people start seeing these charges they Google the name and they find us and assume that we are charging them. I have reached out to the company a few times about this issue (prior to the full knowledge of their fraudulent activities), as well as help everyone that contacts me get their money back, and now Renu has really started to make their billing look more like us on the statements. We are even having issues with Discover just Googling the same info as the victims and telling them it's us directly.
We have been serving our local community for over 15 years and we currently have patients in over 15 states. This company is basically slandering our clinic and hurting our online reputation and no one will help us. I am thankful that thus far everyone has contacted us directly about this issue versus going straight to doing a bad online review or contacting the ScamPulse.com (as far we know).

On 2/23/2021 a charge for each of the 2 products was identified by me on our Bank checking Account. Contact to the company led to an engagement with Renu Health stating that we had agreed to a subscription charge of $189.58. It was obviously in the "fine print" area of their Terms & Conditions. We also obviously did not read that. Shame on us! Critical matters such as ongoing billing or charges are not amplified by companies that hope you don't read the "fine print".
Conversation with Customer Service Team member at the telephone number of record led to that person trying to negotiate a settlement of the disputed charges. I told him that I wanted the whole subscription charge canceled because we didn't agree to it. He counter offered, first a 40% return of the charge per product (there were 2), and secondly when I didn't agree he offered a 50% return of the charge per product. I did not agree to either offer because it still meant that I would be paying for a product which I had nothing to show for the charge. He then stated that because I didn't agree to either of the 2 offers I would still be charged the full subscription amount. I received 2 emails on 2/23/2021 stating that the "subscription status has been recently updated and any ongoing or all future charges have been cancelled as per your request".
I contacted my bank who told me that legally they could not restore the charge amount to my account because I cancelled the amount with the provider on the same day they provided the cancellation. Hindsight was that I should have cancelled any future charges prior to 2/23/2021.
I just want to get the word out there that even though products gain national recognition by knowledgeable people (like the Shark Tank investors) it doesn't mean the company is. Expensive lesson learned!

2 weeks later 2 additional charges show up on my account in the amounts of $94.71 & $94.87. No where was I told I would be charged additional amounts for their product in the future. The website and product are both rip-offs. Buyer beware! If you give these scammers your information you will regret it!
