They will call stating that they have a conference and would like to purchase your unused timeshare weeks. They charge an upfront fee of $399 per week to unlock the certificate from your legitimate timeshare exchange company. Then they claim that they will sell it to the group needing the timeshare for at least $2000. If you sign a contract, it will state that it is an ADVERTISING fee. I am assuming that they may never rent out your timeshare and you will be out the money paid to unlock the certificate ($2394 for six weeks' worth of certificates).

This is a fraudulent company! A phone call to the legitimate exchange company revealed that they do not do business with this company and no certificates were activated. This is a SCAM!
