This individual listed a rental property on Furnished Finder and came to an agreement with a potential renter on a deposit price. The unit is listed as being available monthly for 2,000 dollars, with utilities included and applicable fees listed on the website. After deciding to rent the property and agreeing to put down an initial deposit and pay monthly, the individual was provided with private information over the phone, including first/last name, credit card information, and address. This individual then demanded that the entire cost of the rental be provided up-front, and stated that he now had other higher offers from the same property being listed on a different website. The individual stated that because he now had higher offers, after taking personal information and coming to an agreement, the entire cost would be required up front or else he would take a later offer instead. Twice, this individual was told to charge our card, and that we would like to reserve the property for the previously agreed upon dates. This individual then rented the unit to another party, who had attempted to book it several hours after being given private information. The individual was told that his listing would be reported, to which he replied, "Good luck" and hung up the phone, then blocking the phone number from contacting them further. The contact information he provided for himself included his business email: [email protected] and then also the email for an alleged property manager: [email protected]

When googling the email he provided, I was taken to the facebook business page for "Space Coast Medical" where I left a poor review stating that I do not recommend him for rentals. He then made publicly made false claims that I was simply unable to afford his accommodations, threatened to sue me if I did not take down my negative review, and threatened my medical license.

I have screenshots of the entire correspondence, however this form only allows one file to be uploaded. I have uploaded his listing, and will provide all other screenshots and correspondence immediately upon request.
