Pretended to be owner of a condo in metrowest area. First requested fee for background and eviction check fee. Then requested a $500 holding fee to hold apartment. I was told balance of security deposit will be paid on move in. Then she started asking for more money before move in. When I told her I can't give her any more money until we meet face to face, I no longer was able to communicate with her. The "refundable"security deposit was never received. This person goes by Rania, Lania, Linda.
