Reno Appliance Repair Impostor Reports & Reviews (1)

A guy named John Saunders has a business listed as Reno Appliance Repairs (not Repair, which is another reputable business). He came to my house in an unmarked car, no uniform, and did a diagnosis of my appliances, charged me $179.00 and requested I pay him $380.00 for parts. It's now a month and a half later and he has never gotten the parts or given me a refund. He says he can't refund my money because he doesn't have the money. I requested an address and business license number, neither of which he's given me. The guy who owns Reno Appliance Repair(not Repairs), has gotten multiple calls from people complaining about this very situation. I believe he picked a name so similar to get business off the other guy's good reviews. THIS IS FRAUD. I even think it's possible he somehow hacks the other businesses number because I can't figure out how I got to him in the first place, and because there have been multiple complaints to the other business. I paid the initial payment on a credit card and the $380.00 on VENMO
