I ordered my trial for 2 payments of 4.95 in October. They never shipped so I called the company at 855-215-2849 and was told there was a storm but it will be shipping soon. I waited 2 more weeks and called again and was told my order was canceled, but I never received my refund. I received 2 emails showing my refund would be in 7-14 business days on November 27. I still haven't received a refund and their phone number is disconnected. What should I do?
