Michael White was to prepare out septic plans. He did not do them properly and tried submitting them to Health Department without our approval. He sent us an invoice for plans that we never approved. He filed a lien for more money than he originally sent us. His license was revoked. We cannot close on our house since it is attached to our property. Now, he has left the area and we have no recourse. He filed fraudulently. He never tried contacting us.
