I purchased a product off social media that never came with an email or confirmation number. I then never received my order. Two weeks later I had an unauthorized charge from the same company. I had to cancel my debit card which is a huge inconvenience and now they have all my information

I purchased 2 heated coats from Renarmo in an advertisement I saw on Tik Tok or Facebook (I forgot which one!). I paid for them using my debit card. They arrived at my home a month later. I charged both coats up overnight so my daughter and I could wear them the next day. Neither one of them charged up so they don't heat up as advertised. I tried to charge them using another power source and neither one of them charged. I corresponded with RENARMO via e-mail about the coats that do not heat up and they won't issue a refund siting that the coats are a seasonal item and that because of that, all sales are final. That statement was not indicated anywhere when I looked at purchasing the coats. I filed a complaint with the NY BBB. They reportedly attempted to reach out to RENARMO twice and got no response so the case with ScamPulse.com is closed. I spent over $100 for coats that do not heat. The last I checked, they continue to sell this product.
