I googled for a product that was out of stock most everywhere. The scam site came up in the results and had the item at a good price. There were other products on the site and it looked pretty convincing and I figured Paypal would protect me from fraud. I purchased the product and was charged though I didn't get any order confirmation e-mail which made me more suspicious. A couple days later I got a USPS tracking link showing something shipped to my town 2 days before I ordered it. I'm not sure how they found a tracking link for some other shipment to my town but I never received anything and opened a case with Paypal. Paypal said the tracking link showed delivery and rejected my case so I lost the $60. I'm unhappy with Paypal so I use them less now and I'll be looking out for more scam sites like that in the future.
