I was looking to purchase a Remington shotgun and this website came up with availability of the gun I was looking for. I placed the order, got an email confirming the order followed by a second email indicating that the payment method was Zelle only. They provided a name and email number with the total amount to be transferred from my bank using the Zelle app. I got no confirmation for a day or two that the payment was received, the only way to contact customer service was through an in-store messaging app there is no phone number available. I’ve gone back-and-forth with an agent through the messaging app and still haven’t received any indication that the gun is shipping or even that they’re processing the order, they did confirm that they received payment. I have sent several emails and continued messages through the app with no response. Upon further inspection of their security certificate I’m noticing that there are misspellings and some seemingly odd language usage.
