I believe this website is fraudulent. I did not complete a purchase with them nor did I give them my account information. They require that you pay with the Zelle app which is a big red flag. Another huge red flag is they seem to have guns in stock that are hard to find or that every well known wholesaler is sold out of. If it's too good to be true, it usually is. No customer service available, at all. Site looks pretty legit at first but I checked with the remarms website costumer service who got back to me right away (the firearm side of the real Remington company) and their rep said they had no affiliation with remingtongunstore.com. A known sporting goods store did some online research and found this website to be brand new with no traceable activity. So, there ya go. I would not advise making any purchase with them.

I purchased a Remington firearm from the Remington Gun Store online at https://remingtongunstore.com/ on 12-30-21 for $794.00. I used Zelle at Bank of America to complete the transaction. The company never sent the gun to my FFL licensed gun dealer, nor have they responded to my emails for tracking information. There is no phone number listed on their website. I filed reports with both the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center and with Bank of America. Unfortunately, I learned after the fact that this website is a scam, and there are numerous complaints about it online. Today, Back of America responded to my claim that they are not refunding my money because there was “no error” in my Zelle transaction. I never reported an error. I reported that I was scammed. They promised me an in-depth investigation into the matter that would take up to 45 days. Instead, I received a letter within the same week that I reported the scam to them. In other words, Bank of America made no attempt to investigate or get my money back. In the letter they suggested that I contact the store where I purchased the gun…like a I have not already done that. The FBI also never responded to my online report regarding this matter. Attached are the emails from the gun store that scammed me. Also attached is my Zelle transaction and the letter denying my claim from Bank of America. What is appalling is that this website is still up and running today. I even tried to place another order just to see what would happen, and I received the same email asking me to Zelle them the money. I informed the scammers via email that I reported them to the FBI. Their site is still up and running. Obviously, our law enforcement and banking systems are not a threat to scammers.
