I bought a necklace with 4 personalized charms for mother’s day and it broke within a week. The necklace separated from the clasp after 2 wears. I contacted the company for a replacement to no avail. The customer service was not helpful and basically said sorry.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
They will say anything to get your money then they will post your stuff out late in cheap bags and the items come flattened and damaged. They are blaggers. Company must be in a kitchen somewhere. AVOID and save your money and mental health.??

Had an item delivered this week which was a present for my wife. It arrived packaged in a cheap plastic soft bag and the contents where lose from the box and the box was totally crushed to pieces. I contacted you and got a reply blaming the shipping company! Why? Your responsible for the goods getting to me safely and in a good state. There were minor scratches to item, nothing major but I can see them. How can I give this as a present to my wife. ?

Hello Customers,

I am a representative from Remembered Luxuries and just noticed these posts and felt that it was essential that I provide feedback. We first wanted to start by saying that we are incredibly sorry about any inconveniences you have had with our business. We try our hardest to take care of our customers in the best way possible, however, we know that we at times fall short and are aiming to learn from our mistakes.

We then wanted to follow up with that and say that we are indeed a legitimate business and are not scamming our customers. Although we are apologetic about the inconveniences some customers may have had, let it be clear that we have operated for years and have served tens of thousands of customers around the world. Naturally for a small business doing this much volume there will be some mistakes along the way.

Now I wanted to speak out regarding this specific issue that ALL of the posts below are referring to. Over the Mother's Day season we encountered numerous technical and production line issues that caused some delays. Our technical issues impaired our ability to respond to our customers and our production line issues made it difficult to get orders out efficiently. These issues were caused due to new implementations to some business procedures that were meant to be put in place to enhance our customers experience, but unforeseen consequences made it difficult to do so. We assure you that these issues are NOW RESOLVED and any future orders will not result in the same inconveniences.

Again, we are so so incredibly sorry about any issues anyone has faced with our small business. We have lots of employees that were deeply hurt by this experience and still feel sorrowful about how this season played out. If you have not received your order please be sure to reach out to our customer support team - [email protected]. Please be sure to check your SPAM folder as some responses don't make it to our customers' inboxes.

Disappointing customer service experience and shipment time if anything.. Ordered from this company on May 1 for a mother's day gift and paid for expedited shipping. Apparently took 2 weeks to create (okay understandable. They probably have a lot of orders since I found this through a tik tok ad) and 2 more weeks to sit on creating a label and ship out (okay.. weird). I emailed them and asked about the status of my order and a day later they told me that it's being shipped out as I see that the label has been created for 8 days. I ask them about it and they stop responding to me. I reported an issue with not receiving the order and asked for a refund from PayPal. It took another 2 weeks for the bracelet to get to me, so I just got it today. At least the bracelet came in and my mom liked it.

i’m sure there’s enough reviews saying this BUT DO NOT ORDER! i ordered a braclet for mother’s day came to $60 after expedited shipping and i still have not received, mind you i ordered beginning of April.. just safe your trouble and your money.

I bought jewelry 2 weeks before Mother’s Day after seeing an ad saying the jewelry will be ready in time for Mother’s Day if I ordered now. I tried to cancel and get a refund after i realized it would not be here in time and that they were listed on a scam website and I no longer wanted anything to do with that website. They said they can not do refunds or cancels and said my order was on the way. It’s been a month and I have received nothing nor a tracking order. I just want my money back from this company. Also the package claims to be from California it should not take months to ship a few states over. More evidence on scampulse.com

Ordered a bracelet for a total of 44$ and never received anything they tried to blame the postal service mean while all remembered lux did was print a label with no acceptance scan ! I work for the postal service can't blame them for something they never received ordered in April it is now June 4th of 2021!

I placed an order on April 30th 2021 for a total of $73.98. I order a bracelet for my sister and necklace for my mother- both for Mother’s Day gifts. I paid expedited shipping in hopes it’ll make it before Mother’s Day. Especially since this was my sisters first Mother’s Day.

I emailed 10 days later regarding zero update on my order. I received a tracking number nearly 2 weeks ago and after contacting USPS- the package was “never delivered and we do not have any whereabouts on your order until they physically drop off the package”

So a label was created just to placate my constant emails- but no package or order was ever delivered. Completely scammed out of my money.

Contacting the FTC about this. Reading that others have been scammed in the same exact way, totally disgusting.

I really wished I seen these before buying, I ordered April 27th for mother's day gift, three items. I got the email for shipping May 15th. I sent multiple emails and nothing just like everyone else. This Robin person finally answered and all they said was your order is in production. That's it that's all the email wrote and didn't address any of my questions.

I’m just here to warn any potential customer of there’s. Please don’t waste your money or your time. This company is very suspect and in no way legit. I placed an order on April 30th with expedited shipping so that it would be here for Mother’s Day. It has been a hell ride since. It is June the third and I have yet to receive my bracelet for my mother. I am very disgusted, sent many furious emails but keep getting a computer response. Please take heed to this comment and don’t waste your time with this fraudulent company.

ofc when i can to this site i expected everyone to be as ferious and frustrated as me &’ everyone is exalts that . i placed a order 4/27/21 didn’t get the confirmation until 5/15 and til this day it still hasn’t arrived. this may have been the last mother’s day I got to spend with my mother due to her illness so i really wanted to order a head of time . And something nice due to me being a young college student i never really had the chance but to get her anything besides the regular . this is the most unprofessional i have encountered as a proud online shopper. a disgrace to the community itself , and lord forbid it doesn’t arrive and look the way i ordered it .

Just like everyone else has said. Placed an order for a single bracelet ($46) on April 23, and paid extra for shipping in hopes it’d get here by Mother’s Day. I’ve only received sketchy one liner emails saying my order has shipped, and when I mentioned it had been weeks of no tracking # I was told it “may be here in 3 more weeks” Sooo, who knows? Lol

Just like every single comment in the section, my order took way longer than expected to come even when paying for expedited shipping. However, I got the luck of actually receiving the order. SURPRISE ! It had NONE of the names I had requested to be engraved. Mind you, I ordered this on April, 27th. I am just opening the package tonight, June 1st. I had made contact with them multiple times about UPS not receiving the shipping label. A lot of people here seem to have experienced the same. If you do not have the correct footing for a business, don’t start one. Better yet, if you aren’t in the wrong, just communicate to your customers! I am unsure if I will even get a refund for this item.

I also ordered a bracelet on April 21st and just emailed them. When I look them up on Tik Tok which is where the brand advertised, they no longer have a profile. This website needs to be taken down if they are clearly not providing transparency on shipping and tracking information. Every time i try to track it says it can't be located. its been well over a month of waiting for this "delivery" and I have a hunch they are scamming peoples money right out of their pockets. This should be illegal - how are they allowed to advertise

I ordered a bracelet for Mother’s Day from them in early April. Even paid for expedited shipping. It’s now May 21st and I haven’t received anything or a response from them via email. That’s the only form of communication they have is email. They erased my comments on Facebook and won’t let me message them or leave a question or review. I’ve now had random people message me on fb that ordered from this company and they have never received their items either. They lost money as well. I just want to see something done about this company before they scam more ppl. They advertise on Facebook a lot !

I ordered two bracelets from this place on April 23 for Mother’s Day and never received it! When I went to their fb page I noticed other people questioning the same thing which lead me to believe it’s a scam.

I purchased a bracelet on April 21st for mothers day. I got a order number but no tracking number than a few days later I got a tracking number. When I try to track it though USPS it says label created not yet in system. So I emailed the company and asked about it. I got response saying this pretty "much happens sometimes." I still didn't receive so I emailed the company again. No response. I waited a little longer still nothing so I emailed them again I got nasty with them. They finally emailed me back saying "the tracking number will be updated within the next few days. If the parcel failed to arrive, we will do the refund to you." So I'm working with my bank to try to get my money back. This site needs to be taken down.

I'm more than pissed! I spent $169.90 on my order for bracelets order in April for Mother's Day for my daughters and I. Today I finally received a response to my email from someone on behalf of "Vera" (whoever that is) that my package was in transit, although my email was requesting a refund.

I spent 40 on a charm pendant for my mom on April 18 and i still haven't gotten mine yet either =(. Is there any way to get this website taken down?
