Ordered two masks since husband needed as he prepares to deploy. Ordered 4/18/20. Contacted twice by email. replied within two days, apologized and offered 20% off next purchase. Tracking stated shipment was last in Rosedale NY. Second email I told them either locate order or refund money. Again they apologized and offered 25% off a next order. Would not have ordered if I knew from Hong Kong. Will contact credit card company to dispute charge.
