I got a text from (916)459-8160 about a potential rental. Website seemed fishy. I ran a registration search and it was registered to a “hector Poole” in Oakland with a landline number in Rancho Cordova (916)960-5423. The text number is registered to a *** *** I went by the property and the current resident is not renting and has no plans of doing so. My girlfriend filled out the application before I did research
